After a couple months of delays, the official release date has been announced by the publisher for Nathan’s Clan of Deadheads. That turns out to be a pretty nice Christmas present.
Many thanks go out to my editor, Alicia Dean, for keeping me on the straight and narrow. She find minute things which we writers have a tendency to overlook because we’ve become so close to the material we don’t even see them. But, still, if there are mistakes, they’re mine; I’ll own them.
I think I’ve become a better writer over the course of the three Deadheads novels. Critique groups are a big reason for that. If you’re a serious writer, you owe it to yourself to join at least one group of authors to review one another’s work. No matter how long you’ve been at this game, no matter how good, there is always room for improvement.
Meanwhile, I’ll be doing some promotion for Nathan’s Clan…. I have an interview scheduled for this coming Saturday – though I don’t think the podcast goes out “live.” When I have a link to it, I’ll post it here, and in the Calendar.
