I made the news, and didn’t know it! The Las Vegas Weekly wrote a lovely article on the release of Vegas Strong: A Charity Anthology.
The book is a compilation of short stories with the city the common thread tying them together. I wrote a piece, titled Mary’s Zombies,” specifically for the project. I thought it might be a chance to offer a smile instead of tears or sadness after the tragedy of the October 1 Route 91 music festival shooting.
If you like to read short stories, this is a terrific opportunity to also support the First Responders Code Green Campaign organization. We often forget the mental trauma these fine folks deal with after they’ve seen to the victims of such grisly proportions as this one.
The book is available in digital and print format HERE on Amazon.
If you enjoy the book, please remember to write a review. Reviews help drive sales, and with all proceeds going to charity they can use all the sales they can get!
